Workshop sessions are 30 minutes to 3 hours with rest breaks. There are typically 2 – 3 workshop sessions daily.

Balance and Mobility
PT/yoga-based seated/standing exercises using balls, resistance bands, blocks, light weights, and weighted balls, setting goals and charting growth.

Theatre Improvisation
Improvisation scenes, games, and exercises, scripted or unscripted enactments on stage.

Creative Writing
Create or share your short stories, poetry, memoirs, film/play scripts, and songs  for group publishing or individual website publishing.

Virtual Travel Seated Cycling
Join us as we immerse ourselves in beautiful scenery from around the globe while cycling on our foot peddlers. Warmups and interval sessions, cool-downs and
snack breaks.

Karaoke, Singing, and Vocal Strengthening
Strengthen your voice with vocal warmups, exercises, scales and amplify your voice in solo, duet, or group sessions, on the microphone.

Painting
Create fine art on canvas and paper, with water color, oils, acrylics, and pastels of landscapes, portraits, still art and more.

Oral Interpretation, Spoken Word, and Voice Production
Use your voice through vocal exercises for optimal pitch, pace, volume, articulation, and tone to make dynamic presentations of poetry, prose, and drama.

Sketching
Create fine art using graphite pencils, charcoal, pastel pencils for portraits, still art, figure drawing, landscapes.

Crafting/Gift Making
Make personalized giftable items for family, friends, and home. Design hats, backpacks, T-shirts, ceramics, boxes, jewelry, etc.

Seated Meditation Yoga
Relax into this multi-dimensional workshop of positive affirmations, gentle seated yoga flow and healing aromatics.

Aromatherapy/Body care
Design personalized essential oil health/beauty aides, incenses, bath salts, potpourri, gifts, for a sleep, pain, relaxation and a variety of needs.

Drums/Instrumentation
Relax into the rhythms of percussion in guided sessions w/music, using different drums.

Target Practice
Enhance hand to eye coordination in nerf shooting sessions, setting goals and charting growth.

Dance Styles
Get a workout and share the joy in this upbeat seated/standing global dance workshop.

Debate
Express your views in informal debate/discussion using basic standard techniques and practices for individual and team debates.

Guided Meditations
Explore your inner world in guided meditation/breathing, sessions with music, affirmations, and aromatics.

Learn how to publish your writing on your personalized site and the basics of self-promotion. *This workshop will be offered in levels based on interest.
