Full day (5 hour) enrollment is only available at this time.
Yes, there is a 12% discount for groups of three (3) or more participants.
All materials used in the workshops are included in the cost of the workshops.
The noonday lunch meals are brought from home by the participants. The lunch may be bagged, boxed, frozen or refrigerated for heating.
Mini meals are served in the morning and afternoon and are a wide variety of individually packaged healthy selections, which can be tailored to participants’ dietary needs. Participants are also welcome to provide their own mini-meals/snacks. The program typically provides a variety of hot and cold drinks, fruits, vegetables, crackers, cheeses, dried fruits, nuts, granola, snack bars, etc.
Enrollment days are pre-paid weekly.
Please provide a full 24 hours advance notice (per enrolled date) to cancel enrollment days. Cancellations with 24 hours notice may be rescheduled within the following 30 days. Payments made on cancellations with 24 hours advance notice can be applied to future enrollment dates.
Program Cancellation Days due to weather, health, or other unexpected circumstances, participants will be notified at the earliest convenience possible. Participants may always call in advance to check for closings. (720) 592-1481
The program keeps emergency personal care products on hand, however, participants should bring personal care products needed throughout the day, including skincare products, such as sunscreen, incontinence products, etc.
Registration and enrollment are required for all attendance. No drop-in visits are available at this time.
There is a minimum of one full day per week.
Payment for the program is remitted by credit card at the time of registration the secure payment portal.
Requirements for Participation in the Program:
- Participant is able to perform all Activities of Daily Living independently or with minimal direction and/or minimal physical assistance.
- Participant is continent or wears protective undergarments.
- Participant can manage restroom needs with minimal assistance.
- Participant is able to communicate needs, verbally or physically.
- Participant is not combative, physically or verbally.
- Participant does not have outbursts or disruptive tendencies.
- Participant does not wander; is able to remain in the program area.
- Participant is appropriately dressed and hygienic.
- Participant has no contagious diseases/illnesses.
- Participant is responsive to most aspects of the program and is a willing participant.
The cost for a five hour day enrollment is $152 per enrollee. That is a cost of just over $30/hour of care, comfort, community, and creativity. With the rising costs of home health care, this is an affordable alternative.
Enrollment is pre-paid by the week and can also be pre-paid by the month by check, or through Zelle or PayPal.
